As part of multi faith week, we have been exploring different scripture from the Torah. Today we read and discussed scripture from The Book of Genesis: Rebecca at the Well (Genesis 24:10-20) and The Book of Exodus: The Call of Moses (Exodus 3:1-12), explaining how they show God’s care for the people.

Syrian Art

As part of our cultural celebrations, we learned about Syrian art with Mrs Noctor. First we explored and identified the different features of some traditional Syrian mosaics. Then we created our own beautiful mosaics by cutting out different shapes with coloured card and adding them to our final design.
