The children have enjoyed exploring the outdoor areas. They have been making the most of the warm weather by planting seeds, observing insects, lots of water play and developing their gross motor skills using the bikes, scooters, balls and stilts!

The children have been busy creating beautiful poppies for Remembrance Day. We talked about why we wear poppies and took part in the two-minute silence on the playground, showing wonderful respect and understanding. We’ve also introduced our new topic: “Not All Superheroes Wear Capes.” The children have really enjoyed learning about real-life superheroes, including firefighters
What a wonderful week it’s been in Nursery! We’ve been learning all about Diwali, the festival of lights, and the children have loved exploring its colourful traditions. Using paint, glitter, and lots of creativity, they designed and made beautiful rangoli patterns – bright, symmetrical designs that symbolise happiness and welcome. The results were absolutely stunning
