Early Years Funding & Charges
We are committed to transparency in relation to nursery fees and government-funded Early Years entitlements. Our funded places are delivered in line with Statutory Guidance and the Provider Agreement.

Funded Early Years Entitlements

We offer:

• Universal 15-hour entitlement
• Working Parent Entitlement (up to 30 hours), where eligible

All funded entitlement hours are provided free of charge (£0.00).

Parents/carers must provide a valid funding code before funded hours can be claimed. We
are unable to claim the Working Parent Entitlement without a valid code, and parents are
responsible for reconfirming eligibility when required.

Delivery of Funded Hours

Funded hours are offered in line with our admissions criteria.

• Delivered during our core opening hours, subject to availability

Our delivery pattern is explained to families before a place is taken up.

Provision & Cost

• Early Years funded entitlement hours £0.00
• Private (non-funded) hours £240.00 per month
• Food (Hot meal is optional) £2.85
• Non-food consumables £0.00
• Activities £0.00

Invoices clearly reflect this breakdown so families can see that funded hours are completely free of charge.

Consumables

We do not charge for food or consumables.

Any consumables charges introduced in the future would be optional and not a condition of accessing a funded place.
