Hi guys,

Hope you are all doing well and have been keeping yourself busy.  I am now back at school everyday but Monday, it’s nice to see all the children that are in and the teachers I haven’t seen in a long time.  It looks like it’s going to be a lovely, sunny week!  I’m hoping to get out after school for some nice long walks or a bbq in the garden.  I think I might go for a long bike ride as well, are you guys still getting out on bike rides or walks?

I have had a very busy weekend catching up with my friends and family, it has been so lovely seeing everyone.  I went round to my mum and dads with my brothers, nieces and nephew to celebrate Father’s Day, social distancing of course!  I hope your dads, stepdads, uncles, grandads, brothers had a lovely day too.  I went to the Trafford centre over the weekend which was very unusual.  Have you been anywhere you haven’t been in a long time?  I hoping to get to Tatton Park next weekend for a long walk, Tatton Park is my favourite place to go walking, where’s yours?  Remember you can send me some pictures of your work through the schools email so I can have a look at the fantastic things you are getting up to!

This week’s picture is from Amelia who is growing some wonderful sunflowers, I wonder how tall they will grow?

Remember the home learning packs are on the school website, or you could follow the daily BBC Bitesize lessons.  I have heard some of my year 2 children have worked through the books that were given out when we finished, so well done if you are doing those!

keep well guys and keep up the good work, as always I miss you lots and can’t wait till we see each other again!!!

lots of love Mrs Griffiths and Mrs Heitzman xxx
