We are very busy, weeding, chopping and cleaning our outside area to be used as an outdoor classroom over the summer term.
To help us to describe a forest setting in English, we have used our imagination, and our school grounds to help us!
As part of our geographical enquiry into why Manchester is so wet, are going to measure the rainfall over the next week.
We have continued to observer our bean plants and measured them to see how they’ve grown.
We have been looking at the parts of a flower head, we have learnt that they all play a part in pollination.
We finally have action ! Lots of us now have seedlings, stems, and even some leaves. Today we measured our stem and drew a picture of what we could see.
This week we have been exploring Manchester, we have looked at famous landmarks and written a geographical paragraph about where Manchester is on a map of the UK.
Today we celebrated Ascension day with our class liturgy.
