Image of Giuseppe Arcimboldo

We found out about an artist who used fruit, vegetables, flowers, meat and fish to make portraits of people. His name was Giuseppe Arcimboldo, he lived 500 years ago in Italy. We have all heard of Italy, because “it’s on the football!” We worked in pairs to make our own pictures, and used the fruit and vegetables to represent the features of a face. **** The fruit and vegetables were bought at night when they due to be discarded.
