Hello Children, hope you are all ok and are still looking after your families and people at home. How are you all feeling? Today I’ve woken up to rain! Wow - where is the sun? My children were amazed, like they’ve never seen rain before!
So today we are having a chilled out Disney film day. Eadie is dressed as Snow White, Archie is dressed as Buzz Lightyear and George as a Knight!
On Saturday I watched the launch of the Crew Dragon spacecraft live on YouTube. Two astronauts, Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley set off into space on 19 hour journey to the International Space Station (ISS). If you missed it you can catch it again on YouTube - I must’ve watched it about 20 times! Unfortunately we couldn’t see it from our house though!
As you have probably heard, next week starts the opening of school to Reception, Year 1 and Year 6. The return will be slow, but is all heading in the right direction for us all to get back to normal. With hopefully our class returning soon. This time next year we will look back at this time in amazement and wonder how we ever air the so long at home. You are doing amazing. Give your parents an extra big hug today as they are doing amazing too.
I hope you’re all enjoying your home schooling learning. Please try and do as much as you can each week. I spoke to lots of parents last week and they all said how well you are doing with your learning. We are so very proud of you - keep it up.
Today I am thankful for ...
~ Rain to water my plants
~ A roof over our heads
~ Disney Plus!
Take care, speak to you all very soon. Love to your families
