Image of Hello Year 4/5

Hello,

I hope you and your families are all doing well. I’ve seen a few of you in school this week which has been nice. We’ve spoken lots about our class and how we wish things were different. September will soon be here, and we can all continue our journey together - with some children being in Year 6 - wow!! School is still waiting in exactly the same way it always has been. All the teachers are desperate to see you all and have our school community back to normal. September is not far away.
How are you getting on with your home learning? I know as the weeks pass by it gets harder to keep motivated but little and often is the best strategy.

I am back in work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday teaching the Year 4/5/6 keyworker children. I’ve really enjoyed it and they’re teaching me all about tik tok (I don’t think I’m cool enough to do one yet - but keep posted!!)

My little boy Archie is back at school now, and yesterday we received a letter for Eadie to start school nursery in September! These are all good signs to me that the world is getting back to normal!
Places are opening and normal Service is resuming. I can’t wait to get my hair cut! And I might even go to the Trafford centre this week!
Counting down the weeks until we are all back together in September ...

Today I am grateful for

~ The sun which is beaming down already this morning (I’ve heard it’s back for this week!)

~ Lovely countryside Walks nearby, which help us to get some fresh air

~ Leftover Birthday cake from yesterday (that I might just have for my breakfast!!)

Sending you all lots of love,

Take care,

Mrs Jackson, Mrs Atherton & Mrs Barlow xxx
