This week’s home learning is all about Celebrations. After watching Kipper’s Birthday by Mick Inkpen, using the link on the home learning page the children may enjoy completing some of these activities: Write a shopping list for a birthday party, make a card or write an invitation.

Read Dr Seuss’ poem about birthdays. This will be on our class blog.

Learn the months of the year using this song, write them using a capital letter for each one.

The children could find out about celebrations such as Eid -al -Fitr which marks the end of Ramadan for Muslims. This year Eid is on Saturday 23rd May.
