Diwali

In school we have all been finding out about Hinduism. In Nursery we listened to the story about Rama and Sita. We listened really well and particularly liked hearing how Hanuman called all the animals to look all over the world for Sita when she was taken away by Ravana. When Rama and Sita were able to go home, the people were so glad that they were safe, that they lit Diva Lamps to light their way home. We made our own Diva Lamps to help us remember the story.
