Jesus and his Friends

We have been reading in our Bibles about Jesus visiting his friends before he went back to Heaven, we have quite a few different bibles and we like to see the different illustrations in them. We know that there were no cameras and telephones when Jesus was alive and that people used to tell each other about him, and sometimes they drew pictures. We liked the story about when the men went out to fish at night and they caught nothing, until the man on the beach told them to throw their net on the other side. They caught lots of fish and Peter was so happy when he realised that the man on the beach was Jesus. Jesus and his friends then shared breakfast together. (John 21)
