Firework paintings

We were talking about all the sounds that we heard at the weekend when there were lots of fireworks. We talked about the fires we saw and the lovely colours that were lighting up the sky! We made splatter paintings outside and we used chalks to represent the fireworks. We had music on as we played in class, it was written for a king nearly 300 years ago when they had fireworks in a park.
