Designing and making puppets in DT
In Year 2 we have designed and made our own hand puppets. We used different kinds of stitches and materials to decorate our designs!

We are Pilgrims of Hope!
Today as part of our class liturgy we shared prayers of hope together to mark the beginning of The Jubilee Year. We have also been writing our own prayers of hope, asking God to help us be the best pilgrims of hope we can be!

Getting the chicks new home ready!
We helped Mrs Neville to get the chicks new home ready, we put newspaper, sawdust and the lightbulb in. When the chicks are ready we will move them in! We have also got their food and water ready.

Our World Book Day Cafe!
We had so much fun today! Our classroom became a book cafe, we spent time at different tables sharing fiction, non fiction, poetry and fantasy books.
We welcomed some parents into our cafe and were very lucky to share some books with them, thank you!

A Real Life Superhero!
We were very lucky to have a visit from a real life superhero, Nurse Emma came in to talk to us about her very special job!
Nurse Emma showed us how to use a stethoscope and we had lots of fun finding our heartbeats!
