Tasty Maths!
Our maths lesson today was a very tasty one - we made “1 Spoon Flapjacks”. We needed
1 spoon of oats,
1 spoon of ‘butter’
1 spoon of honey
1 big spoon,
1 small spoon

National Poetry Day.
When it was National Poetry Day we learnt a new poem together, today it was our turn to perform our poem to the children in the hall.We went to our first assembly too! Everybody was very impressed by our recitation and they gave us a very big clap!

Our Visit to Church.
We went into our church for a good look around. We met two ladies who help to look after the church, Mary and Dympna, we saw flowers, candles, statues and pictures. We saw the Baptismal Font, where babies are welcomed into Gods Family. We said our school prayer before we went back to nursery.

Drawing on the Whiteboard
This afternoon we used the whiteboard to draw on. Using a vertical surface is a great way to strengthen our arms and shoulders as we learn to write. We were able to change the pen colour when we wanted to. Thank you Mrs. Donnelly, for helping us!
