Christmas Tree “Sewing”
The children used recycled card and wool to make a decoration to take home for their families. They showed great concentration and good hand/eye co-ordination as they wound the wool around the tree shape.

Reception Art Club
We held our first Reception Art Club this week! During this club we share a story together and then create a piece of artwork based on the book.
This week we read “Winnie The Witch” and created our own shape witch. The children really enjoyed it and made some fabulous witches!

Our Visit to Church
This afternoon we went for a visit to Church. We saw the Baptismal Font, we saw the statue of St. Hugh of Lincoln and the statue of Mary. We loved looking at the people on the stained glass windows, we were allowed to touch the windows and we could see through them. We found lots of swans, flowers…
