Thanks once again to Mr Ishi and the children from Sakura Kindergarten for sending us a parcel full of lovely art work and photos. We have really enjoyed looking at them and we are now hard at work in our creative area making things to send to Japan.
This week we have been painting our feet to make footprints for next week's Collective Worship. Our feet were very ticklish!
We hope you enjoyed the EYFS Assembly about friends and forgiveness as much as we did!
As part of our Maths we have been completing challenges against the 1 minute egg timer! We have counted how many times we can write our names in a minute, how many star jumps we can do in a minute, how many cubes we can put together in a minute to name just a few. We have had great fun counting…
Today we have been having great fun playing with the arctic animals in the ice trays.
This morning we have been playing with the new Numicon resources. We have been trying to fill the boards with the different shapes.
Today some of the children in Reception went to the Meadows where they were pond dipping, building dens and squelching in the mud to name just a few of the things they got up to! We hope to take all the children in the EYFS this year.
This morning we have been very busy using scissors and glue to make Autumn crowns.
