A Visit from Nursery

Today I had a visit from Nursery who brought a present with them. Thank you so much.

Reading With Reception

Today I was reading outside with Reception. Owen told me to 'watch out for the diagraph!'

We learnt lots about recycling today. Such as, what things go in the correct bins, one day the world will suffer if we don't recycle properly and some of our rubbish turns into electricity. We also found out about MBT ( big metal tummies) that digest our waste! Year 5 loved the VIP pass they got…

Hail Mary

In our collective worship we have been thinking about Mary and the very special prayer we say "Hail Mary". We have also sung a hymn to Mary; "As I Kneel before you" and lay some white flowers before our statue of Mary.

Cricket on Tuesday

Children in Year 5 enjoyed their first cricket session of the year.

Our Bible story plays

We have been learning about Jesus appearing to the apostles on the shore and the mission that he set to Peter. The children wrote their own play scripts telling this story and performed them to the class. They wrote some really brilliant scripts.
