We had a lovely day at Lyme Park today. The children were so interested in everything we did; the Gruffalo Trail, the art work of Axel Scheffler, looking round the house and of course the adventure playground!

South Trafford Sports Roadshow!
We had a fantastic morning of sporting activities with students from South Trafford College. Each year they bring their sports roadshow to our school and we participate in lots of different games involving thinking skills and team work. We also donated nearly £90 to their charity 'Cash for Kids'.…

Parts of a Plant
Today I was in Year 3 as they undertook a science activity to name the parts of plants and their functions. They used food dye to prove that the stem carries water and nutrients to the rest of the plant.
