Our trip back in time!
On Monday we travelled back to the Victorian times as we visited Quarry Bank Mill. We experienced life as a Victorian child, visiting the apprentice house and the cotton mill. It was a fantastic day, although we all agreed we were glad to return to 2015!

NOT A STICK
We have really enjoyed reading NOT A STICK by Antoinette Portis. The main character imagines that his stick is lots of exciting things like a sword, a baton and a dumb bell. We have thought of our own uses for a stick and enjoyed acting them out.
